Your hunt for the perfect wedding venue stops here! We can handle all of your requirements at Brownstone Reserve. Our venue is the bridge between your dream wedding and reality. We can flexibly meet your needs, whether you want to host an outdoor wedding, bring pets, or take bridal pictures beforehand. Our mission is to make your wedding reflect the love that you hold for your partner. 

The Setting

• We offer an 8,500 sq. ft. climate-controlled venue, which gives you and your vendors all the space they need.
• Rest before your wedding in two bridal rooms, which include salon chairs, beautiful scenery, and natural lighting.
• The groom and his groomsmen can relax in an upscale groom's room, which holds a 60" smart T.V. that includes satellite and sports packages.
• We can accommodate wedding parties of all sizes with 53 various table sizes and 320 chairs for reception (additional set-up fee optional).
• When the time to say "I Do" comes, make it happen in our beautiful outdoor ceremony site with 300 chairs (set-up and tear-down included).
• Make your outdoor wedding memorable with our surrounding water feature ceremony site.
• Our venue sits in the middle of 17.5 acres of lush meadows and trees, perfect for pictures!
• After the wedding, enjoy celebratory drinks at our oversized bar.
• Your caterers don't have to worry about food getting cold. We offer a large warming room for catering preparation, with a 50CF fridge and 20CF deep freezer.
• Let us take care of your items in our storage area.
• Is your furry friend going to walk down the aisle with you? We are a pet-friendly venue!
• Of course, your wedding needs reliable internet access. Wi-Fi is included at our venue.
• We are only 15 miles from Kyle Field!

The Staff

• Our on-site manager will remove all the guesswork and stress on your wedding day. Let us juggle the event planning while you sit back and relax!
• You can bring any vendor to Brownstone Reserve! (Ask about our restrictions for bartending and security).
• Make some memories after the wedding! Our staff will handle all cleanup and tear-down.

The Planning

• What if it rains on your wedding day? Don't worry. We'll create a backup plan for an indoor ceremony.
• Don't stress about running over your venue rental time and paying extra fees. You'll have our space for yourself from 8 am to midnight. That's 16 hours!
• If you didn't take any extra photos, don't worry. We allow the use of our facility for engagement and bridal photos.

The Costs

We never charge extra! No extra costs, even sales taxes or tips, will ever appear on your bill. You have the freedom to budget without worrying about additional costs!
